The Heroes’ Monument in Breaza de Jos was built in 1928, as an obelisk which supports a bronze eagle with open wings. The ensemble is the work of the famous sculptor of the Royal House, Emil Becker. Currently, here are taking place town’s official ceremonies in the Heroes’ Day and other national holidays.
